These Terms of Service govern the sale of products offered on the website lesmusesbelgium.com, operated under the name Les Muses.

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

Les Muses offers ready-to-wear garments only.

Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.

Les Muses reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed and the customer has received an order confirmation email.

Les Muses reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

The full amount is payable at the time of order.

6. Shipping

Les Muses ships across Europe and worldwide.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Les Muses cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return.

Returned items must be:

unworn
unwashed
in their original condition
with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Liability

Les Muses cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or products, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Les Muses.

Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
