Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship with Bpost, Mondial Relay, and DHL (for the UK, US, and Canada).

Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 3–5 business days

• Europe: 5–8 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Complimentary delivery applies to orders from €45 in Belgium and from €90 in Europe.

For orders below these thresholds and international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are indicative. Delays caused by carriers or customs remain outside our control.

Returns

If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
